Who I am
I'm Lior Meshullam. For 13+ years I've led product and growth across consumer platforms, affiliate businesses and marketing tech: experimentation, funnels, teams and revenue. That experience now goes into putting AI to real work, with AI carrying far more of the load than it did a year ago.
What Revgineer is
Revgineer is me, and the lab where the work happens. I do four things here, all on the same AI setup I teach:
- AI workshops - I teach teams to work with AI, from people meeting it properly for the first time to daily users who want much more out of it.
- AI transformation - I help organizations get past the pilot stage: find the processes where AI earns its keep, set up the shared context and skills teams run on, and run the hackathon that gets them shipping real work in days.
- Software built inside small businesses - I sit with a team, find the process that eats their week, and build the tool that does it: agents, automations and internal apps wired into the systems they already use.
- My own products - B2B and B2C products, each one started as an itch: Signew, qsift, Volley, Welltread, Dibs, The Burr and Revnut.
What I write about
The build logs are written while building, not after:
- AI - practical adoption, team integration, building with AI tools
- Product - CRO frameworks, experimentation, feature strategy
- Growth - SEO, performance marketing, conversion optimization
- Building - the stack, the workflow, and shipping products end to end
