Privacy Policy

Who we are

Revgineer is Lior Meshullam's lab: AI workshops, AI transformation, software for small businesses, and a handful of my own products. The site itself is build logs, product pages and two contact forms. There are no visitor accounts and no registration.

What data we collect

Short answer: only what you type into a contact form. The forms on the homepage and on the workshop page ask for your name, your email, what you're after (a topic or a workshop) and an optional message. We also record which of the two pages you sent it from. That's all a form collects.

To stop spam, we keep a salted, one-way hash of your IP address next to the message and allow a few messages per hour from the same address. The IP address itself is never stored.

We use what you send for one thing: replying to you about your request. It's not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone else.

Reading the site needs none of this. We don't run analytics, ads or tracking scripts.

Your browser automatically sends standard technical information (IP address, browser type, device info) when loading any webpage. This data may be processed by our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) as part of normal web delivery and security operations.

Cookies

Revgineer uses only essential cookies: the ones Cloudflare sets for security and performance (things like bot detection and load balancing), plus one that keeps the site owner signed in to the admin area. We don't set tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before any tracking cookies are introduced.

Third-party integrations

We integrate with the following services via their APIs for content publishing and site operations:

• Supabase - the database where contact-form messages are stored. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Telegram and Resend - when a form is sent, a notification with its contents goes to Lior by Telegram message and by email (sent through Resend), so he can reply. Telegram Privacy Policy · Resend Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare - hosting, CDN, and edge compute (Workers). Cloudflare processes standard request data as part of serving the site. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) - API integration for publishing content to branded social accounts. No visitor data is shared with Meta through this integration. Meta Privacy Policy
• Pinterest - API integration for content publishing. No visitor data is shared with Pinterest. Pinterest Privacy Policy
• Google - may be used for analytics in the future. If enabled, Google Analytics would collect anonymized usage data. Google Privacy Policy

Content automation

We use AI tools and social media APIs to generate and publish content to branded social accounts (such as Kicks Custom Club). This pipeline handles content creation and scheduling - no user data or visitor data is involved in this process.

Data retention

Contact-form messages are kept for as long as it takes to handle your request and any work that follows from it. Email revgineer@gmail.com and we'll delete yours. Server logs processed by Cloudflare are subject to Cloudflare's retention policies.

Your rights (GDPR & international visitors)

Revgineer is operated from Israel and serves visitors worldwide, including the EU and US. If you're covered by the GDPR or similar privacy regulations, you have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

The only personal data we hold is what you sent through a contact form. To see, correct or delete it, reach out at revgineer@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Children's privacy

Revgineer is a general-audience content site. We don't knowingly collect any information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). The contact forms are meant for adults asking about work.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes (like adding analytics or collecting new types of data), we'll make it obvious on the site.
